Delivery
We offer standard shipping, which takes 2-7 working days to reach you.
Our courier partners work Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable to receive your order, our courier partner will make two reattempts to deliver your package.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, we will not make further reattempts.
Late Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, you are eligible for a Store Credit of PKR 300.
Please contact our customer service team to request your Store Credit.
